Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return it within 15 calendar days.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at info@pablodesings.com. Returns made without an authorization number accompanying the return will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, in resell-able condition and not installed. Pendant lighting that has been installed will only be eligible for an exchange or partial refund. Shipping from the customer to Pablo Designs must be paid for by the customer. Alternatively, if a customer wishes for Pablo Designs to assist in obtaining a return label from a qualified, insured ground shipper (i.e. FedEx Ground or UPS Ground), we will do so at the customer's request and deduct the cost of return shipping from the final refund amount.

If product is received in poor condition, the customer may be charged a restocking/damage fee at Pablo Designs' discretion. We strongly advise retaining all of the original packaging material that an order is received in the use of an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. Items must be received by us within 15 calendar days from when we issue the RMA.

Return shipping fees paid for by the customer will not be included in any final refund.
